The forum-workshop is being organized by the Mathematical Society of the Philippines, UP NISMED, UP LAYAP, and the Eggie Apostol Foundation. The goals of this activity are: a) to explain the whys and wherefores of the revised early grades math curriculum and of the new mode of delivering the same through the first language; and b) to organize and mobilize educators and other stakeholders in addressing the fresh challenges in math education related to materials development, curriculum adaptation and teacher training.  


The course fee is P500 inclusive of kit, hand-outs, certificate, lunch and snacks but exclusive of accommodation.
